In this context, SJD Barcelona Children’s Hospital, in collaboration with Inusual, has held the first edition of the course The Future of Healthcare Organizations, a strategic training program aimed at executives and healthcare professionals seeking to understand, anticipate, and lead the changes the system requires.

CosmoCaixa and Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona Children’s Hospital hosted the 3rd Immune Dysregulation Workshop: From Basics to Clinics to Advanced Therapies, a leading scientific meeting that brought together international experts to discuss the latest advances in the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of immune dysregulation disorders.

Training by facing real situations, but in a safe environment. With this premise, SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital has launched an innovative clinical simulation program aimed at its team of healthcare social workers, becoming the first center in Spain to apply this methodology to this professional group.

These simulations go beyond professional training — they change the system itself: anticipating risks ahead of time, reshaping processes, and making sure each improvement benefits patients safely, efficiently, and with genuine care.
